What is the shelf life of your tea blends?
Most of our loose leaf teas stay fresh for up to 18-24 months if stored properly. While tea doesn't 'expire' in a way that makes it unsafe, it will gradually lose its aroma and flavor profile over time.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs.
